When getting a call for a commercial job, SERVPRO does not hesitate to take on any job. Somebody has to do it, so why not SERVPRO. Recently we got a call for a warehouse cleaning. The company just bought this warehouse and found out there was grease on the beams and rafters. The company had no idea what they were going to do. So, they gave us a call, we set up the inspection, and gave them a quote on what it would cost for us to complete this work. Once they agreed, SERVPRO went to work. Sometimes it is required that we hire other workers outside of our company if the job is large. We contact other SERVPRO's and come together as one team to get the job done. This specific job took a lot of workers to get it done on time. There were 13 bays that had many rafters in between. It took our crew and our extended workers a little over a week to complete. Our guys were there early and stayed late. They even went out on the weekend to ensure the job was getting done per the timeline set. We couldn’t have been prouder of our team because they did an excellent job, and the customer was completely satisfied. They couldn’t believe how efficient and professional our crew was. We are honored to have such an amazing team, especially when the large commercial jobs come in. SERVPRO’s motto is “Like it never even happened.” I think we live up to that saying for sure!
