Basement Damaged after Pipe Burst

The basement of this Telford home was flooded over the holidays. The flooding was caused by a cold snap that caused a pipe to bust from the cold. This is a usual problem when homeowners go on vacation and turn down their heat.

The low temperature caused the pipe to burst and flood the basement. The basement was modern since it was used more as a studio. There was no carpet to be remove and most of the furniture was on wheels. However, we did need to remove some of he drywall that was damaged from the water.
