Large Sized Water Damage

This commercial facility was flooded by a broken pipe. Thank goodness it was a clean water source or else they're would've had to been a lot more demolition. The facility manager of this building called SERVPRO of Washington County quickly after noticing the problem. He also shut off the water which helped keep the damage minimal.

The only thing we had to remove were the baseboards. Baseboards act as a barrier which doesn't allow the water or evaporate. Without the baseboards we were able to add our drying equipment along the wall and make sure it is dry.
