Mold Damage Under Wood Floors

Crawlspaces can often become infested with mold if there is too much water. Water gets underneath a house if there is too much flooding or after a broken pipe. The broken pipe leaked for a while and then finally burst which sprayed water upwards soaking the subfloor and wood floor.

The wood floors started to buckle and needed to be replaced because mold had grown all throughout the crawlspace. The mold then grew on the wood flooring and subfloor. Under such conditions the fungus grew quickly which caused the need for full mold remediation of the flooring.
