Kitchen Fire in Bathroom

This Embreeville home suffered a fire in the kitchen which ended up covering the home with soot. The bathroom in the back was even covered and needed to be cleaned.

Clean-ability and Soot

Different surfaces have different methods used to have it cleaned. The surface of the bathroom countertop is easier to clean because it is not porous. Once the top is wiped down it will not even have a soot or smoke smell.

The wooden cabinets can be wiped down but their pores will take in smoke smell. It will take some deodorization techniques to fully restore the bathroom sink.
